GENERAL RULES FOR RESERVING FIELDS AND BATTING CAGES

Academy Park Fields may be reserved by D5SAC head coaches ONLY.
 
Coaches from any sport may reserve fields.  However, priority will always be given to the sport that is currently in season.
 
D5SAC coaches may reserve up to 4 practice slots on the calendar.  As the slots are used, coaches may schedule additional dates.  However, no coach may reserve more than 4 future practices on the calendar at one time.  Violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of the coaches practices.  
 
It is your responsibility to check the website to confirm the scheduling.
  
If you do not need your time slot, please cancel so that someone else can use it.

PRACTICE REQUESTS
 
Academy Park Fields may be reserved by D5SAC approved head coaches only.   Use of the lights is prohibited. 
 
To reserve a field:
 
Click on the field to the right to see the available practice slots.  Enter your google account and password (You will need to create an account if you do not have one already).
 
Only available slots will be showing.  Click on the appointment that you would like to reserve. 
 
Put the head coaches name in the "WHAT" box and then click SAVE.   
 
Your practice should appear in the Academy Park Calendar below.
 
Practices may be cancelled to accomodate rescheduled games or for any reason deemed necessary by the league. 
 
It is your responsibility to check the calendar to confirm your request.
